Chateau Bellevue is one of the most exciting estates in Beaujolais. Based high above the vineyards of the region, this dynamic estate is lead by winemaker Elodie Rousselot, and encompasses 21 hectares of vines. The state of the art micro winery houses some of the most modern equipment available, including various sized wooded and stainless steel tanks. The barrel cellar below houses the barrels in which the wines age, as well as amphora and stainless steel barrels. This blend of tradition and innovation perfectly sums up the winemaking philosophy of the domaine.
