Hispamerchants was founded over 20 years ago with a vision to import and distribute wines from Argentina & other Latin American countries as well as Spain. Today, we are UK Agents for 10 Argentine wineries, 2 Chilean, 1 Uruguayan and around 5 Spanish. Wineries on show at SITT include those located in Salta, Mendoza and Patagonia in Argentina as well as Colcahagua and Leyda in Chile. Wines to taste include, from Argentina, a pet nat made from criolla varieties, a Riesling/Chardonnay blend, a GSM, a Cab Franc and a couple of super premium wines. Chilean wines include a Pinot Noir made using sake yeasts and a Cab Sauv from Colchagua.
