AYA Estate is a boutique winery located in Bulgaria's historic Struma Valley near the town of Melnik, a region renowned for its Mediterranean-influenced climate, exceptional terroir, and centuries-old winemaking tradition. Our organically certified vineyards are planted with both indigenous and international grape varieties, with a particular focus on Broad-leaved Melnik Vine and Early Melnik Vine. A second organically certified vineyard near Cape Kaliakra on the Black Sea coast is dedicated to white varieties, benefiting from a distinctive maritime climate. AYA Estate produces premium red, white, rosé and dessert wines under the AYANO, COLORITO, AYA, and DISEGNO labels, combining authentic terroir expression, sustainable viticulture, and contemporary winemaking.
